A Short Pause While We Prepare for Our 1 April Relaunch

We’re taking a short break from new sign‑ups until 1 April 2026 while we put the finishing touches on our next chapter. During this time, we’ll be strengthening our systems, completing new training, and getting ready to relaunch WorkWell West as a business as usual service; building on everything we’ve learned as a project.

To our brilliant participants: thank you for your trust, your time, and the effort you’ve invested in your own progress. Your feedback and achievements have made our jobs worthwhile.
To our partners and colleagues across the NHS, DWP, and the Council: your support, referrals, and shared problem solving have made a real difference. We’re proud to work alongside you and excited to continue that partnership as we move to a sustainable, business‑as‑usual model.
And to our WorkWell West team: you’ve been amazing. Your hard work, care for participants, and commitment to improve give us great hopes that 2026 onwards will be even more exciting than the pilot phase of this project.
What’s happening and when
- No new sign‑ups or referrals from now until 1 April 2026
- We’ll use this time to upgrade processes, complete training, and streamline systems so we can support people more consistently and efficiently going forward
- We’ll be back on 1 April with a refreshed offer and clearer pathways as we move from “project” to “business as usual”
Why we’re pausing
We’re doing this so we can:
- Consolidate what works best for participants and partners
- Embed training and quality standards across the team
- Make sure our systems are robust, secure, and ready for long‑term delivery
The aim is simple: better experiences, quicker pathways, and a stable, dependable service for everyone who works with us.
What this means for you
- Thinking of joining WorkWell West? New sign ups are paused for now. Please check back on 1 April 2026 when referrals reopen
- Already connected with us? No worries, everything will carry on as normal for you
